Who we are
Roundwood Solutions was founded by Ben Brice and Ricky James in July 2023. We kept seeing the same problems in the industry: big companies offering poor quality work, rushed jobs, nobody taking time to understand what the customer actually needed.
We knew there was a better way. Both Ben and Ricky are still hands-on, working on-site alongside the team. When you work with Roundwood Solutions, you deal directly with the founders — not an account manager.
